Conditioning that increases fitness with movement through body weight exercises or the use of weights and other equipment. Each session burns maximum calories and fat by incorporating cardio, strength, power, speed, endurance, mobility, flexibility, and stability. It's suitable for all levels and abilities whether your goal is to lose weight, fight, or just improve your overall fitness. This program compliments our martial arts programs to produce the most well trained and conditioned athletes.

Cardio Kickboxing

This class is designed to get you acquainted with our striking system and let you build up your foundation before you move on to the more technical classes, which is perfect for the stay at home mom to the conditioned athlete! This high-energy workout challenges both beginner and elite athletes. Taught by knowledgeable instructors, the program builds stamina, improves coordination and flexibility, and burns calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout!

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or 'BJJ' is considered by some experts to be the most complete of all martial arts. Also referred to as the "Gentle Art", BJJ cultivates personal growth and is widely recommended by physicians, psychologists, and educators. The teaching methodology allows realistic and safe training for everyone by promoting self-defense without the actual practice of violence. At its core, BJJ is a defense system that requires the use of intelligence rather than brute strength.

Our head instructor, James London, is a BJJ Brown Belt under Adam Gomez and the American Killer Bees Association. The classes are very informational, goal driven, and playful!

Muay Thai is a form of kickboxing that originated in Thailand known as "The Art of Eight Limbs". The ultimate mind body workout suitable for all levels of our program. This class is of great value as a form of intense exercise and self defense. From beginner to advanced the focus is always on fundamentals as well as technique and power. Hands down, one of the best ways to get into shape, lose those pounds, and really tone up!

MMA

MMA Is a full-contact sport that consists of a variety of close combat techniques including Striking (Boxing and Muay Thai) and Grappling (BJJ, Wrestling, Ground & Pound, etc.) to create a highly effective and versatile martial art.

Apex teaches a form of hand to hand close combat that uses the entire body to strike opponents and defend against attacks. This class is packed with explosive power in combat and fitness.
